Legal advice on trainings to Libyan Coast Guard
Dear European Border and Coast Guard Agency,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting access to:
All documents generated or received by Frontex containing legal advice and/or an analysis of the legality of the trainings delivered to Libyan Coast Guard and Navy Officers carried out in the framework of the EUNAVFOR MED operation Sophia. I am interested in documents drawn up since 1 January 2016 to date.
