Legal framework around Intcen
Dear European External Action Service,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Any interservice agreements relating to the EU Intelligence analysis center (INTCEN, formerly know as Sitcen)
Any internal decision, that could be publicly available, concerning the INTCEN
The memorandum of understanding between Europol and INTCEN
Any budgetarian document relating to INTCEN for the last year
Any documents concerning the collection, acces and use of material handled by Intcen
Many thanks in advance, I'm doing an academic research on the subject.
Yours faithfully,
Martin Dethier
