Legislative Preparatory Documents as debated in Trilogue Meetings - GSP Review
Dear Transparency Unit of the European Parliament,
For my master’s thesis at the University of Innsbruck (Austria), I am researching the ongoing interinstitutional negotiations on the GSP Review (2021/0297(COD)).
Under the right of access to documents, as foreseen by Article 42 of the EU Charter of Fundamental Rights and Article 15 TFEU, and implemented by Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, I kindly request access to the following documents:
1. The dates and agendas of the technical and political trilogue meetings held under procedure 2021/0297(COD) from 2021 to the present.
2. The texts of the legislative preparatory documents submitted or discussed at these meetings, in particular the four-column documents and compilations of amendments grouped by cluster and institution.
I remain at your disposal to discuss the modalities of access and use in my research, should the documents contain sensitive information.
