Letter by MEPs
Dear Trade,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- A letter addressed to Valdis Dombrovskis and other members of the Commission and signed by the MEPs Fulvio Martusciello, Giuseppe Milazzo, Aldo Patriciello, Herbert Dorfman, Giuseppe Ferrandino, Daniel Buda, Ciuhodaru Tudor, Cristian-Silviu Busoi. The existence of said letter was reported in Italian media in February 2021 and reportedly deals with market access for non-EU companies. See source here (in Italian): https://formiche.net/2021/02/nessuno-toc...
- Any additional communication related to said letter, such as accompanying e-mails, as well as any possible reply
Yours faithfully,
Alexander Fanta
