Letter to permanent representations
Dear European Parliament,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting the letter that was sent by the European Parliament to all permanent representations in September to remind them about the information that would need to accompany a request for immunity. Dear Mr Fanta,
The European Parliament hereby acknowledges receipt of your message, which

representations to remind them about the information that would need to
accompany a request for immunity, Parliament has identified the following
documents, which, further to your application, have been published in

· the letters, as translated in all the corresponding languages,
requesting an update on certain information regarding requests for waiver
of immunity sent to all 27 permanent representations (by clicking [4]here
directly on the reference number indicated above, all the letters are
available under the option FULL).
Please note that, for technical reasons, it may take some time for all the
documents to appear on the website of the Register.
