Our reference: 2025-0505

Dear Mr Kovács,

We are writing in reply to your application under [1]Regulation 1049/2001
registered with the European Parliament under reference 2025-0505. Your
application seeks access to the “the list of former APAs in the 2024-2029
term with the MEPs who employed them”.

For the 2024-2029 Parliamentary term, please be informed that the list of
assistants is publicly accessible on the European Parliament’s website
here: [2]https://www.europarl.europa.eu/meps/en/a... The list
displays the name of each assistant alongside the name of the Member of
the European Parliament (‘MEP’) for whom the assistant is working.

Alternatively, you can find the list of assistants that work for a
specific MEP during the 2024-2029 term by selecting an MEP from the full
list of MEPs here: [3]https://www.europarl.europa.eu/meps/en/f...
When you click on the name of an MEP, the dedicated webpage for that MEP
opens displaying information about the MEP activities, including a list of
his/her assistants.

Once assistants cease working for an MEP, their names are deleted from the
European Parliament’s website and are no longer publicly accessible for
personal data protection reasons.

On this basis, Parliament considers your application handled and the
procedure closed. Should you wish to submit any new requests for public
access to specific Parliament documents, [4]please do not hesitate to come
back to us.

Best regards,
