List of lobby meetings, EU-US trade talks

The request was successful.

To whom it may concern at DG Trade.

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting a list of all lobby meetings held by DG Trade since 1 January 2019, in which a coming EU-US trade deal has been discussed. The list should include: date, Commission attendees, the name of the organisation(s) attending, and a more precise topic if that exists.

I would appreciate if you could take the Commission’s code of good administrative behaviour into account when dealing with this request.

Kind regards,

Kenneth Haar
