All documents (from 1st of January 2022 until today, 9th of August 2024) related to meetings between rapporteur for the ENVI Committee Jessica Polfjard and her staff and representatives of companies, lobby or advocacy groups, academic, research and scientific institutes, consultancies, and any other kind of organisations and stakeholders, related to the legislative proposal 2023/0226(COD) on Plants obtained by certain new genomic techniques and their food and feed.
Such documents may comprise agendas, minutes of meetings, correspondence with one or more of such stakeholders or otherwise refer to such stakeholders.

Following your requests, we would like to inform you that meetings between
Members and interest representatives are published on [1]Members’
websites, also for the previous, [2]9^th legislature. By clicking on a
Member's name, you can access their webpage, here is the one dedicated to
[3]Ms POLFJÄRD and to [4]Mr Fiocchi, where you can also find list of
meetings on the right side of the page under Declarations > Meetings. Such
meeting declarations are regulated by [5]Article 7 of Annex I of the Rules
of Procedure of the European Parliament.
Please be aware that Parliament does not hold any documents (e.g. pieces
of correspondence) related to meetings between Members and third parties,
if the meeting was not part of a parliamentary activity (e.g. in the
context of a Committee meeting) and was therefore held without the
involvement of Parliament’s administration. All documents relating to that
are part of the legislative file 2023/0226(COD) concerning Plants obtained
by certain new genomic techniques and their food and feed are published on
