Lithuania RRF milestone 142
Dear Economic and Financial Affairs,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1) Lithuania’s first RRF payment request and supporting evidence for milestone 142 (withdrawal of tax exemptions).
2) Correspondence between the European Commission and Lithuanian authorities regarding milestone 142, including requests for clarification and Lithuania’s replies.
3) The Commission’s assessment documents (including internal notes and draft versions) leading to Implementing Decision C(2024) 3171.

Dear Ms. Lamer,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 14/10/2025 under case number EASE 2025/5275.
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
