Dear Lora Verheecke,

Thank you for your request for access to documents or information related
to lobbying on Global Gateway since 1st of January 2025.

Your request is processed in accordance with The Danish Access to Public
Administration Files Act (“Offentlighedsloven”) – ‘The Access to Public
Administration Files Act’, hereafter. Based hereupon, the Ministry of
Foreign Affairs has searched through the Ministry’s records and have
identified an extensive assortment of documents, of possible relevance to
your request.

According to section 9 (2) no. 1 of the Access to Public Administration
Files Act, a request for access to documents may be rejected if processing
the request necessitates a disproportionate use of resources. The Ministry
of Foreign Affairs estimates that the processing of all information
relevant to your request for access to documents, in its current
definition, would necessitate a disproportionate use of resources.
Therefore, unless your request is delimited, in order to significantly
reduce the extent of required resources, it is the assessment of the
Ministry that your request may be rejected in accordance with section 9
(2) no. 1 of the Access to Public Administration Files Act.

As examples on how to delimit the request, you could for instance add
specific names of businesses, trade associations or think tanks to your
request, which would make it possibly for us to search for documents
containing relevant information concerning your topic.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will resume the processing of the case,
when the Ministry in turn receives your precise and delimited request. We
kindly ask you to send the information at the latest on Tuesday the 9^th
of December 2025. Following, the Ministry shall assess, in accordance with
relevant provisions in the Access to Public Administration Files Act,
whether your request may be accommodated, in full or partially.
