Lobbying on PFAS towards Permanent Representation since 1 January 2023
Dear Permanent Representation of Romania to the EU,
I would like to request access to the following documents or information related to lobbying on PFAS, per and polyfluoroalkyl substances, also known as ‘forever chemicals’. In particular I would like:
1. A list of all meetings/ discussions since 1 January 2023 between Permanent Representation officials and businesses, trade associations, or think tanks where this topic was discussed.
2. Any records, minutes, preparatory briefings, or other notes of these meetings/discussions.
3. All correspondence since 1 January 2023, where this topic was discussed, exchanged between Permanent Representation officials and businesses, trade associations, or think tanks.
To the extent possible, my strong preference is to receive documents in electronic format.
I would also be grateful to receive the documents in batches, as soon as they are identified and available to send.

Aș dori să solicit acces la următoarele documente sau informații legate de lobby-ul privind PFAS, substanțele per și polifluoroalchilice, cunoscute și sub numele de "substanțe chimice pentru totdeauna". În special, aș dori:
1. O listă a tuturor întâlnirilor/discuțiilor de la 1 ianuarie 2023 între funcționari ai Reprezentanței Permanente și întreprinderi, asociații comerciale sau grupuri de reflecție în care s-a discutat acest subiect.
2. Orice înregistrări, procese-verbale, informări pregătitoare sau alte note referitoare la aceste reuniuni/discuții.
3. Toată corespondența de la 1 ianuarie 2023, în care s-a discutat acest subiect, schimbată între funcționarii Reprezentanței Permanente și întreprinderi, asociații comerciale sau grupuri de reflecție.
În măsura în care este posibil, preferința mea fermă este de a primi documentele în format electronic.
De asemenea, aș fi recunoscător să primesc documentele în loturi, imediat ce acestea sunt identificate și disponibile pentru a fi trimise.
