Dear Patrik Brodd,
Thank you very much for the prompt response to my request. In which circumstances do the Perm Rep officials take notes in lobby meetings?
Yours sincerely,
Vicky Cann
Dear Vicky,
In general notes are not established for this type of short stakeholder
meetings, coffee encounters or phone calls. They are usually based on what
stakeholders send in written form and then they can explain that further
at a meeting.
Best regards,
Patrik
