Dear Permanent Representation of Austria to the EU,

I would like to request access to the following documents or information related to lobbying on PFAS, per and polyfluoroalkyl substances, also known as ‘forever chemicals’. In particular I would like:

1. A list of all meetings/ discussions since 1 January 2023 between Permanent Representation officials and businesses, trade associations, or think tanks where this topic was discussed.

2. Any records, minutes, preparatory briefings, or other notes of these meetings/discussions.

3. All correspondence since 1 January 2023, where this topic was discussed, exchanged between Permanent Representation officials and businesses, trade associations, or think tanks.

To the extent possible, my strong preference is to receive documents in electronic format.

I would also be grateful to receive the documents in batches, as soon as they are identified and available to send.

ich möchte Zugang zu den folgenden Dokumenten oder Informationen im Zusammenhang mit der Lobbyarbeit zu PFAS, Per- und Polyfluoralkylsubstanzen, auch bekannt als "forever chemicals", beantragen. Insbesondere würde ich gerne:

1. Eine Liste aller Treffen/Diskussionen seit dem 1. Januar 2023 zwischen Beamten der Ständigen Vertretung und Unternehmen, Handelsverbänden oder Think Tanks, bei denen dieses Thema diskutiert wurde.

2. Jegliche Aufzeichnungen, Protokolle, vorbereitende Briefings oder andere Notizen zu diesen Treffen/Diskussionen.

3. Sämtlicher Schriftverkehr zwischen Beamten der Ständigen Vertretung und Unternehmen, Wirtschaftsverbänden oder Denkfabriken seit dem 1. Januar 2023, in dem dieses Thema erörtert wurde.

Soweit möglich, bevorzuge ich es, Dokumente in elektronischer Form zu erhalten.

Ich wäre Ihnen auch dankbar, wenn Sie mir die Dokumente in Stapeln zusenden würden, sobald sie identifiziert sind und versandt werden können.
