1. A list of all meetings / discussions since 1 September 2020.
2. Any records, minutes, or notes of these meetings/discussions.

In addition, I would like to receive all documents relating to any interservice consultation on siloxanes, including circulated drafts, received comments, and the dates of any consultation periods.

To the extent possible, my strong preference is to receive documents in electronic format.
I would also be grateful to receive the documents in batches, as soon as they are identified and available to send.

Please note that I am tabling this request separately to DG Grow, DG Environment, DG Sante, the Secretariat-General of the Commission, and ECHA, and I look forward to receiving the respective documents accordingly.

Dear Ms Cann,

We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 15 February 2024 under case number EASE 2024/0898.

We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit expiring on 7 March 2024. Indeed, in order to
retrieve the documents requested, large files have to be examined, and

should be consulted.

Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
we need to extend this time limit by 15 additional working days. The new
time limit expires on 27 March 2024.

Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,

Thank you for the documents for request 2024/0898.

I am filing the following confirmatory application:

1. On 30 April I asked DG Grow to provide a list of the documents that it had refused to release regarding regarding the inter-service consultation ISC/2023/04057. This was not answered.

2. DG Grow has refused to release any information regarding ISC/2023/04057. However the Secretariat-General, via request 2024/0927 has provided its own submission to that consultation. In that case it would be consistent for DG Grow to provide a copy of the consultation paper, other DG's responses, and any other relevant documents.

3.Finally I understand that there was a further consultation: ISC/2023/11089 “Proposal for a Council Decision on the submission, on behalf of the European Union, of a proposal for the listing of D4, D5 and D6 in Annex B to the Stockholm Convention on Persistent Organic Pollutants”. This was within the scope of my request and I would like to receive all paperwork on this ISC too.

Thank you in advance.

Yours faithfully,

Vicky Cann
