Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
Sweden-Solna: Logistic Services (Lot 1), Removal Services (Lot 2) and Disposal Services of Furniture and ICT Equipment (Lot 3) OJ S 251/2022 29/12/2022.The Notice ID is 732645-2022 and Award ID: ECDC/2022/030 and Award date is 19 December 2022 under the Building and Facilities Management Services industry.
Specifically, I request access to the following documents:
1. The full text of the winning proposal submitted for this contract, with minimal redactions to ensure the substance of the proposal is understandable and usable.
2. Copies of other shortlisted proposals (if applicable) that were evaluated during the selection process.
My request is made in the context of academic research, conducted in collaboration with universities, aimed at examining procurement processes and decision-making criteria in government contracts, particularly in the area of public infrastructure and operational services. The requested documents are essential for our research and will contribute to a better understanding of these processes.
If there are ways to narrow the scope of my request to facilitate processing while still providing meaningful insight into the proposals, please let me know.
