under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

The TRIS notification message concerning the planned new law in Germany, called "Act introducing a storage obligation and a maximum retention period for traffic data", that the EC wrote, adressed at the German Ministry of Justice (Bundesministerium der Justiz und für Verbraucherschutz, Referat R B 3, Mohrenstrasse 37, 10117 Berlin).

I am requesting the document, mentioned as "Mängelliste" in the following german newspaper online article:
