Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documents related to the meeting between Ambassadors of the European Economic Community in Bucharest in 1991 about the adoption of children, where it was concluded that this practice is a timebomb that will explode in their faces when the inevitable nationalistic reaction will come.

The below description comes from the scientific historical report, recently made public in france, about the illicit practices in intercountry adoptions, by Yves Denéchère and Fábio Macedo:

"1991 – Note de l’ambassadeur pour le consul à la suite d’une réunion entre ambassadeurs des pays de la CEE en poste à Bucarest. « Telle que pratiquée actuellement, et si nous ne faisons rien, l’adoption internationale est une bombe à retardement qui nous pétera à la figure, lorsqu’une réaction nationaliste inévitable se fera sentir en Roumanie »"
