Extension of deadline with response to request for access to 
documents

By e-mail of 20 October 2023 you requested the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for 
access to documents in this way: 
”Under Denmark’s Public administration Act (Lov om offentlighed i Forvaltningen 
nr. 6060 af 12/06/2013), I am requesting documents which contain the following 
information:
All information (including but not limited to all e-mail correspondence, attendance 
lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts and recordings) AND the meeting 
minutes/notes relating to the meeting between Ambassador CARSTEN GRØNBECH-
JENSEN and Chamber of Commerce on 6th February 2023.”
Your request will be processed according to the Rules of Denmark’s Public 
Administration Act. 
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs will unfortunately not be able to respond to your 
request within seven working days of receipt, cf. section 36 of the Public 
Administration Act. 
This is mainly due to the fact that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs currently is 
processing a number of document access requests that were received before your 
request of 20 October 2023. 
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs expects to be able to finalise a response to your 
request within one to two weeks.
