Broadband  cost  reduction:  ETNO  is  eager  to  contribute  to  the  evaluation  and 
identification of implementation problems and of outstanding issues or opportunities 
Digital  identity:  Many  ETNO  members  have  valuable  experience  with  roll-out  of 
 
ePrivacy: ETNO will send a letter on further impact assessment needs, to contribute to 
PT Presidency work to reinvigorate discussions in Council.  
Digital  Decade  /  Digital  Compass,  5G  action  plan:  ETNO  inquired  about  timing.  As 
regards 5G, ambition is important, but there need to be demand-side as well as supply-
side targets.  
Green  taxonomy:  ETNO  considers  it  is  important  to  note  the  horizontal  function  of 
telecoms networks, enabling digitalisation that contributes to SDGs, emissions reduction, 
innovation.
