Meeting between Ettl and Gusenbauer regarding Signa

Dear European Central Bank,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting any document held by the ECB regarding a meeting on 28 August 2023 held in regard to ECB supervisory activity between former Austrian Chancellor Alfred Gusenbauer and Helmut Ettl, Member of the Supervisory Board. The existence of the meeting became public knowledge in the course of a court appearance by Mr. Gusenbauer, as reported here: https://www.profil.at/investigativ/alfre...
The public reporting gives reason to believe that content relating to the meeting may have been submitted to the ECB. My request is meant to cover any meeting minutes, e-mails or any other form of document related to said meeting.
I note that in a previous access request in 2024 ( LS/CL/2024/171), the ECB gave limited access to e-mail exchanges between Ettl and Gusenbauer.
