We would like to consult you as a third party in the context of an application for access 
to  documents  that  the  European  Commission  received  under  Regulation  (EC)  No 
1049/2001.  In  order  for  us  to  be  able  to  keep  the  confidentiality  required  for  the 
handling  of  access  to  documents  requests,  could  you  please  indicate  to  us  a  private 
email address, where we can address our consultation letter? 
Since the statutory time-limit for replying to this access to documents request is very 
tight, we would appreciate to receive your reply as soon as possible and in any case by 
1 December 2022 cob.
