Meeting between Fitto cabinet and Meta on 06/11/2025
Dear Regional and Urban Policy,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting any document connected to a meeting between the cabinet of Vice-President Fitto (V. Matano, E. Laurinen) and Meta on 6 November 2025. I note that the meeting is wrongly labelled in the Transparency Register as a meeting with REC Solar EMEA GmbH.
I wish to obtain any communication related to the meeting, such as more extensive minutes than those publicly available, e-mail exchanges before and after the meeting, as well as any position papers or other documents Meta might have sent the Commission.
Yours faithfully,
Alexander Fanta
