Extension of deadline– GESTDEM 2022/5129 
Dear Ms Verheecke, 
Your  e-mail  of  13  September  2022  requesting  access  to  documents  has  been  well 
received.  It  has  been  registered  on  13  September  2022  under  the  reference  number 
mentioned above. 
As some of the documents under consideration  originate from third parties, which need 
to  be  consulted,  we  are  not  in  a  position  to  reply  to  your  request  within  the  prescribed 
time limit which expires on 4 October 2022.  
Consequently, we have to extend this period by another 15 working days in accordance 
with  Article  7(3)  of  Regulation  (EC)  No  1049/2001.  The  new  time  limit  expires  on  25 
October 2022.
