Meeting lists and meeting documentation
Dear Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
- The list of all meetings, physical, virtual or on the phone, between COLIPA representatives and DG GROW representatives, between 01/01/2008 and 31/12/2011;
- The list of all meetings, physical, virtual or on the phone, between Cosmetics Europe representatives and DG GROW representatives, between 01/01/2012 and today;
All documentation, including but not limited to attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising, the following:
1. Meeting on the preparation of REACH and of the cosmetics regulation between Cosmetics Europe representatives and Thierry Breton, Commissioner and Joan Canton, Cabinet member of Thierry Breton on 16/03/2023;
2. Meeting on the Chemicals strategy: REACH, CLP and CPR revisions between Cosmetics Europe representatives and Joan Canton, Cabinet Member of Thierry Breton on 09/06/2022.

We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit expiring today 28 January 2025.
Your application concerns different Services, which have been consulted.
