Dear Ms Canonne,

Regarding the above mentioned ongoing requests, we would like to let you know that we are currently handling these requests. However, due to heavy workload on other larger requests (some also from you) we were not able to finalize our replies within the time limit of 15 working days as stipulated in the Regulation 1049/2001. This first deadline expires today for these three requests.

We have therefore extended the deadline by another 15 working days until 27/07/2015 for the above mentioned requests.

We apologize for the delay and wish you a nice weekend.

Best regards,
DG Trade
