Ms Burwell inquired about the significance of some of the digital policy announcements 
in  the  Political  Guidelines  for  the  next  Commission,  about  implementation  priorities  of 
the  digital  acquis  of  the  von  der  Leyen  Commission,  and  about  evolving  developments 
on  economic  security.  She  shared  insights  on  the  relevance  for  digital  policy  of  the 
respective  campaign  programmes  in  the  US  presidential  elections,  as  well  as
