Hello,

Please find attached a message concerning your request for access to
Commission documents registered under the above case number 2025/0164.

Kind regards,

Dear Madam, Sir

I am filing a confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request case number 2025/0164.

Although I have not been given "detailed reasons" why this case was particularly exceptional (as required by Regulation 1049/2001 article 7.3), the Commission has extended the time limit until 24 February 2025.

However, the Commission then failed to reply even within that extended deadline, and failed to inform me of any progress since then.

Since a failure to reply within the prescribed time-limit entitles me to make a confirmatory application, I hereby do so.

Sincerely
Peter Teffer
