Dear Climate Action,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, and based on the Aarhus Directive on public access to environmental information (Directive 2003/4/EC), I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

-All documents - including but not limited to minutes, (hand-written) notes, audio recordings, verbatim reports, e-mails, letters, and presentations - related to the 12-12-2019 meeting between the Cabinet of EVP Timmermans and Copa-Cogeca

To the extent possible, I would prefer the documents in electronic format. Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.
I reserve the right to appeal.

Yours faithfully,
