Dear Migration and Home Affairs,
Please pass this on to the person who reviews confirmatory applications.
I am filing the following confirmatory application with regards to my access to documents request 'Meeting with Euronews on 11-10-2022'.
I would like to ask DG Home to search again for minutes of the meetings in question. The documents released to me make it appear that no minutes are kept. I was wondering whether it is indeed standard practice for such a high-profile meeting to not keep any written record of what was said? Perhaps the Commission could explain how it usually deals with such situations.
Yours faithfully,
Alexander Fanta
