Dear Permanent Representation of Romania to the EU,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information: all incoming and outgoing correspondence and communication (including but not limited to outgoing e-mails, letters, text messages, etc.,) related in any way (leading up to, about, or following) the meetings here below. The existence of such meetings was made available through a separate FOI request found on this the Ask the EU website.

I prefer to receive the information electronically. Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.
