Meetings and correspondance between DG trade and stakeholders regarding the Conflict Minerals regulation

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as
developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1) a list of meetings of DG Trade officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and representatives of individual companies and/or industry federations during which the Conflict minerals regulation was discussed.
2) minutes and other reports of these meetings;
3) all correspondence (including emails) between DG Trade officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and representatives of companies, business associations and law firms, in which the Conflict Minerals regulation was addressed.
I would be grateful to you to consider my request from the 1st of
January 2014 on.
Please note however that it does not relate to the contributions
to the Commission's public consultations.

Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a position to complete the handling of your application within the time limit of 15 working days, which expires tomorrow.
An extended time limit is needed as your application concerns a large number of documents that we need to assess individually.

We'll now go deep into the documents.
However at the first sight it sounds that the annex 10-20 are not here.
Am i wrong or did misunderstand the list ?
