Dear Climate Action,

Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

All documentation, including, but not limited to, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising the following meetings between Executive Vice-President Frans Timmermans, Director-General Kurt Vandenberghe and their cabinet members with industry.

1. Lufthansa Group with Executive VP Frans Timmermans on the 28/03/2023 on 'Exchange of views on the Fit for 55 policies affecting aviation and on current and future challenges of the European aviation industry'
2. Air France-KLM with DG Kurt Vandenberghe on the 30/05/2023 on 'sustainable aviation'.
3. International Consolidated Airlines Group with Frans Timmermans' cabinet members (Daniel Mes and Diederik Samson) on 17/05/2023 on 'EU Green Deal'.
4. EasyJet with DG Kurt Vandenberghe on 28/03/2023 on '1. sustainability issues 2. EasyJet positions regarding climate action 3. net zero roadmap'.
