Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:

1) a list of meetings of DG ENV officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and representatives of SolarPower Europe;

2) a list of meetings of DG ENV officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and representatives of EWEA (now WindEurope);

3) minutes and other reports of these meetings;

4) all correspondence (including e-mails) between DG ENV officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and representatives of SolarPower Europe;

5) all correspondence (including e-mails) between DG ENV officials and/or representatives (including the Commissioner and the Cabinet) and representatives of EWEA (now WindEurope).

* International Association of Oil and Gas Producers (IOGP)
* International Gas Union (IGU)
* Marcogaz
* NGVA Europe

 
These stakeholders are primarily concerned with subjects that would be
dealt with by the Directorate General for Energy, we would therefore like
to enquire on which subject in relation to environment actions you are
searching, so that we may better address your request.
