Meetings between Cabinet members of President Ursula von der Leyen and automotive industry
Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All documentation, including, but not limited to, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising the following meetings of the cabinet members of President Ursula von der Leyen with multiple organisations.
1. Meeting with Daimler Truck AG (DT AG) on 07/02/2023 about the upcoming revision of the CO2 regulation for trucks and buses.
2. Meeting with Tesla Motors Netherlands B.V. (Tesla) on 27/01/2023 about sustainability policy in traffic and energy.
I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.
