We refer to your e-mail 15 April 2022, in which you make a request for access to
documents, registered on 17 April 2022 under the above mentioned reference number, in
which you ask for:
“All documentation, including but not limited to attendance lists, agendas, background
papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising, the following
meetings:
1. With Veolia Environnement on 09/02/2022
2. With the European Community Shipowner's Association on 23/02/2022”
The Commission services have identified the documents listed in the attached annex.
We would like to inform you that according to Article 4(1)(b) of Regulation (EC)
No 1049/2001, personal data have been redacted in the attached documents. In your
request, you do not express any particular interest to have access to these personal data
nor put forward any arguments to establish the necessity to have the data transmitted for
a specific purpose in the public interest.
Please note that minutes were drawn up for internal use under the responsibility of the
relevant member of staff. They solely reflect the author’s interpretation of the
interventions made and do not set out any official position of the third parties to which
the documents refer, which were not consulted on their content. They do not reflect the
position of the Commission either and cannot be quoted as such.

In case you would disagree with this position, you are entitled, in accordance with Article
