Meetings between Commissioner Timmermans' Cabinet and industry representatives
Dear Climate Action,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All documentation (including but not limited to all email correspondence/attachments, messages/documents sent through whatsapp (or any other messaging service), attendance lists, agendas, background papers, transcripts, recordings and minutes/notes) relating to the meetings listed below:
1. Between Sygenta and Lukas Visek on 14-03-2022, 09-07-2021 and 28-05-2021
2. Between Bayer AG and Lukas Visek on 21-03-2023, 27-10-2022
3. Between Corteva Agriscience International SARL and Lukas Visek on 25-01-2022
4. Between Dow Europe GmbH and Diederik Samsom, Stefanie Hiesinger on 27-09-2022
I would prefer you to produce the documents on a rolling basis, rather than waiting until the full response is ready, and I would be pleased to receive an initial list of all documents as soon as possible.
