Thank you very much for your interest in the documents related to the DEVCO and ASEAN meetings related to the ASEAN Regional Integration Support by the EU (ARISE) program between November 2012 - October 2016.

I would encourage you to research the ASEAN web-site (http://asean.org/?s= ), which is rather transparent and provides a wealth of information about the issues you are interested in (around 583 search results for 'ARISE programme' – even more for only 'ARISE'). You should be able to find most of the information on this web-site, including information about meetings, participants and topics covered as they are generally published there and have been agreed by both EU and ASEAN for publication. If you found specific information lacking, we would encourage you to resubmit your request for document access with a much more specific scope and precision because the period of time covered by your request and the sheer number of meetings on different levels during that period renders a precise response difficult.
