Meetings between DG Clima and the European Livestock Voice and UECBV
Dear Climate Action,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All documentation, including, but not limited to, attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising, the following meetings of the cabinet members of Executive Vice-President Frans Timmermans with multiple organisations.
1. Meeting with the European Livestock Voice and Frans Timmermans on 31/05/2021 on “Exchange on Farm to Fork Strategy”
2. Meeting with the European Meat and Livestock Trades Union (UECBV) on 12/11/2020 on the European Green Deal on “increasing the sustainability of the meat sector”.
Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also, I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.
