Meetings between mr Sefkovic and Rio Tinto
Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting all documents and correspondence which contain the following information:
1) All notes, detailed minutes (also hand written), verbatim reports or transcripts, of all meetings between Maroš Šefčovič (and/or his cabinet members), and (representatives of) Rio Tinto that took place between 1st June 2021 and 31st October 2021.
1) All incoming or outgoing correspondence (including e-mails and sms-messages) between Maroš Šefčovič (and/or his cabinet members), and (representatives of) Rio Tinto between 1st June 2021 and 31st October 2021.
Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.
