Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1. Meeting online between Peeter Kadarik with the ONG Eesti Erametsaliit on the 10/06/2022, discussing "EU policies influencing Estonian forest and timber industry"
2. Meeting online between Peeter Kadarik with the ONG Eesti Tööandjate Keskliit on the 12/04/2021 discussing "Questions concerning biomass and sustainability. Renewable Energy directive (RED II)."
3. Meeting online between Peeter Kadarik and Sihtasutus Eestimaa Looduse Fond on theb 15/03/2021 discussing "Exchange of views on the situation of forestry and production of biomass in Estonia"
4. Meeting in Brussels between Peeter Kadarik and Kitti Nyitrai and the Lithuanian Confederation of Industrialists on the 05/03/2020 discussing "Grean Deal, 2030 energy and climate targets, decarbonisation of industry, innovation in energy"
5. Meeting on Video Conference between Peeter Kadarik, Laure Chapuis-Kombos and the Conféderation Européenne des Propriétaires Forestiers on the 21/06/2021 discussing "- To discuss about European Forest Owners hopes and worries regarding the EU Forest Strategy."
I would like to make clear I prefer you produce the documents on a rolling basis.
To the extent possible, I prefer the documents in electronic format. Documents that cannot be sent in electronic format should be sent to Lucie Fontaine, 31 rue du Landy 93400 Saint-Ouen, France.
Should my request be denied wholly or partially, please explain the denial or all deletions referring to specific exemptions in the regulation. Also I expect the partial release of documents, in case of partial exemption according to article 4.6.
I reserve the right to appeal.

Dear Ms Fontaine,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents
registered on 24/01/2023 under case number 2023/0442.
We are currently working on your request. However, we have not yet been
able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full analysis of
your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within the
prescribed time limit expiring on 14/02/2023.
The application concerns documents held by different Services, which must
be consulted.
Therefore, in line with Article 7(3) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001,
we need to extend this time limit by 15 additional working days. The new
