Meetings of Executive Vice-President Maroš Šefčovič
Dear Secretariat General of the European Commission,
I am writing to request access to documents under Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council, and Commission documents.
I would like to obtain all available information, including but not limited to preparatory documents, correspondence, notes, action points, readouts, and conclusions, related to the following meetings of the European Commission Executive Vice-President for European Green Deal, Interinstitutional Relations, and Foresight, Mr. Maroš Šefčovič with the President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev:
- 17 February 2024 meeting in Munich in the framework of the Munich Security Conference.
- 24 January 2024 meeting in Davos.
- 13 May 2023 meeting in Brussels.
I would appreciate receiving these documents in digital format where possible, and I understand that under Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001, the European Commission may have up to 15 working days to respond to this request.

We are writing concerning your confirmatory request for access to
Commission documents for case 2024/4699 registered on 25 October 2024.
We are currently working on your confirmatory request. However, we have
not yet been able to gather all the elements necessary to carry out a full
analysis of your request. We will not be able to send you the reply within
the prescribed time limit expiring on 18 November 2024 due to the
complexity of the file.
Therefore, in line with Article 8(2) of [1]Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 we
need to extend this time limit by 15 additional working days. The new time
