Dear DG SANTE,
my name is Lisa Hirdes and I am working with Nina Katzemich from LobbyControl.
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting a list of all meetings held with EUTOP consultancy in the past twelve month between the lobbyfirm and DG SANTE or within DG SANTE concerning EUTOP.
This list should include the date of the meeting, the topics discussed, and the names of all attendees from the Commission and EUTOP. We would also like to receive any minutes or meeting reports.
At the time of writing, EUTOP remains outside the EU lobby transparency register; We would like the list of meetings taken place between EUTOP and ALL DG officials – including the Commissioner, his Cabinet and Director General (because we understand that meetings between these individuals and unregistered lobbyists cannot be physically uploaded to the Commission’s published lobby meetings lists).

In your application, you requested access to a list of all meetings (including the date of the meeting, the topics discussed, and the names of all attendees) between DG SANTE officials (including the Commissioner and his Cabinet) and EUTOP consultancy in the past twelve month [= from October 2015]. You also requested access to any minutes or meeting reports of these meetings.
In accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding public access to European Parliament, Council and Commission documents, your application will be handled within 15 working days.
The time limit will expire on 04/11/2016. In case this time limit needs to be extended, you will be informed in due course.

Dear Ms Katzemich,
We refer to your email dated 12/10/2016 in which you make a request for
access to documents, registered on the same day under the above mentioned
reference number.
Your application is currently being handled. However, we will not be in a
position to complete the handling of your application within the time
limit of 15 working days, which expires on 04/11/2016.
An extended time limit is needed as your request concerns all units and
directorates, which must be consulted. These consultations are ongoing,
but are not yet finalized.
Therefore, we have to extend the time limit with 15 working days in
accordance with Article 7(3) of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 regarding
public access to documents.
The new time limit expires on 25/11/2016.
We apologise for this delay and for any inconvenience this may cause.
