Re:      EBB position on potential legislative proposal for ILUC.

Dear Sir, dear Madam,

The European Biodiesel Board, gathering nearly 80 members among 21 Member-States, represents
nearly 75% all of the European biofuels.

We are aware of a draft ILUC proposal currently being between Commission services.

Please find hereby EBB position arguing in favour of a democratic, impartial ILUC policy
instead of purposely causing the death of the whole EU biodiesel industrial sector.

We would like to thank you for the time you will take to consider our arguments.

Should you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact us directly,

Yours faithfully,
