the Dutch Permanent Representation to the European Union between the 
 
attaché responsible for the Critical Raw Materials Act and external 
stakeholders since January 2023 until 23 June 2023, invoking the Open 
Government Act (Wet open overheid; Woo). 
 
Statutory framework

There have been two meetings with VNO NCW on March 15, 2023 and on 
May 3, 2023 and one meeting with BeST on May 11, 2023.
