Dear Ms Verheecke,

In your access to Commission documents request 2023/5807, you asked us for
"a list of meetings since 1st January 2021, between
officials/representatives/experts of DG SANTE and any external
stakeholders representing the interests of Agriculture & Progress."

Your request is formulated as a request for information rather than as a
request for documents and cannot be handled under [1]Regulation (EC) No
1049/2001 which applies only to existing documents. We are therefore
processing your request as an information request and we have closed case
