Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
All documentation, including but not limited to attendance lists, agendas, background papers, minutes/notes and email correspondence about or summarising, the following meetings between Confederazione Generale dell'Industria Italiana (Confindustria) and Maria Elena Scoppio, Cabinet member of Paolo Gentiloni.
- Meeting held on 21/04/2020 regarding ETS State Aid Guidelines
- Meeting held on 28/01/2020 regarding Carbon Boarder Adjustment
Please produce the documents on a rolling basis. I would prefer that the Commission’s search and deliberations concerning particular documents not delay the production of documents the Commissions has already retrieved and decided to produce.
