Thank you very much, Stefano is pleased to confirm at 16.15h on Tuesday and is looking forward 
to seeing Piotr and 
 in person. For access to the Berlaymont, if possible to provide the 
details in the attached file, we will be able to make sure their visitor badges are ready on arrival, 
which will speed up entry into the building.  If you could send them any time before Monday 
evening, I will prepare this and send them both the visitor passes.  I will come to the Berlaymont 
reception on Tuesday to meet them.

Thank you very much for your email, and our apologies for the slow response. Stefano 
will be travelling with the Commissioner on Monday next week, arriving back in Brussels 
overnight on Tuesday, so he could unfortunately only be available during the afternoon 
of Tuesday 7 March. Would 16:15 or later be possible for Piotr?
