Meetings with fertiliser industry representatives
Dear Agriculture and Rural Development,
Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting documents which contain the following information:
1) All incoming or outgoing correspondence (including e‑mails and SMS messages) sent or received by DG AGRI officials (including the Commissioner and Cabinet members), mentioning or concerning any of the following:
• The “High‑level Dialogue on Fertilisers”;
• The “Fertiliser Action Plan”
• The “European fertiliser industry” or specific fertiliser producers and lobby groups (including, but not limited to: Yara International, EuroChem Group, Copa-Cogeca)
• “Fertiliser use” or “fertiliser efficiency”;
• “Precision agriculture”.
This period covers from 24 February 2022 to 20 April 2026.
2) A list of meetings, including detailed minutes and any other reports of such meetings (including, but not limited to, minutes, verbatim reports or transcripts), attended by DG AGRI officials (including the Commissioner and Cabinet members), in which any of the above‑mentioned terms were mentioned or discussed, during the same period.
I would like to receive this information electronically.
Where partial refusal is claimed, I request that the remaining disclosable parts of the documents be released in accordance with Article 4(6) of the Regulation.

Time Limit
Dear Madam,
We are writing concerning your request for access to Commission documents

An extended time limit is needed as some of the documents requested
