Dear Ms Milovanovic,

We are writing in response to your request for access to Commission
documents, which was registered on 20 February 2026 under case number EASE
2026/1143.

You specifically requested access to “any document” relating to two
meetings:

- “between FlixBus Italia and Commissioner for Transport Adina Vălean on 4
April 2024 regarding the EU Future Mobility Task Force”, and

- “a meeting between Flix and Commissioner Vălean on 11 January 2021
regarding startups, innovation and transport.”

We would like to confirm that the first meeting you referred to took place
at the concerned date. However, we could not reach the same conclusion as
regards the second meeting you referred to in the framework of your
request. According to our information, no meeting between Flix SE and
Commissioner Vălean took place on 11 January 2021 on the subject of
start-ups, innovation and transport. The closest result we found that
could match your description relates to a  meeting held on 11 January 2024
 between a member of Commissioner Vălean’s cabinet and Flix SE, together
with 14 other representatives of the sector, on the topic of 'start-ups,
innovation and transport'. Can you please thus confirm that this is to
this meeting that your application actually intended to refer? Please
provide us with more information otherwise.

The 15 working days to reply to your request will start running only when
you reply to this message. If you do not reply within 7 working days, we
will close this case in line with our detailed rules for the application
of Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001.
