Under the right of access to documents in the EU treaties, as developed in Regulation 1049/2001, I am requesting any documents connected to recent meetings between Commissioner Sefcovic and his cabinet with tech firms, see list below. While the Commission proactively publishes minutes of the meetings on its website, I was hoping to obtain any other documents connected to the meeting, such as flash reports, transcripts, e-mails arranging the meeting, or any other connected document.
The meetings are:
- 19 September 2025 meeting with Meta
- 16 October 2025 meeting with Amazon
- 21 January 2026 meetings with Apple and Amazon in Davos
